SAFETY
• By ignoring the safety instructions the
manufacturer can not be hold responsible for

BEFORE THE FIRST USE
• Take the appliance andaccessoriesoutthebox.Removethe
stickers,protective foilorplasticfrom thedevice.
• Place the device on a flat stable surface and ensure a minimum of 10
cm. free space around the device. This device is not suitable for
installation in a cabinet or for outside use.
• Putthepower cable intothe socket.(Note: Make surethe

• Before cooking with the appliance for the first time, turn the appliance
on without food for at least 10 minutes until no odor or smoke is
present. Ensure the room is well ventilated.
• When the device is turned on for the first time, a slight odour will
occur. This is normal, ensure adequate ventilation. This fragrance is
only temporary and will disappear soon.
Connecting the grill
1. Connect the power cord to the power inlet on the grill.
2. Plug the power cord into a wall socket to turn the grill on. Put the
switch to on position.
3. Turn the switch to off and unplug the power cord from the wall
socket to turn the grill off.
Interconnecting multiple grills
You can connect up to 5 grills together (of the same brand and model)
to accommodate more guests (e.g. for family gatherings or hosting
parties).
Use the interconnection cord provided to interconnect 2 grills.
Warning!
• Do not connect more than 5 grills together, as this will blow the
appliance’s internal fuse.
• To avoid a circuit overload, ensure that the wall socket’s electrical
circuit can support the total rated power (watts) of the number of grills
connected for simultaneous use.
• Do not plug other appliances into the same socket using an adapter or
operate another high wattage appliance on the same circuit.
1. First, connect the power cord to the power inlet of the 1st grill
(leader).
2. Next, connect the interconnection cord to the power outlet of the 1st
grill (leader).
3. Connect the other end of the interconnection cord to the power inlet
of the 2nd grill (follower) to connect the appliances together.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to connect the 3rd grill (follower) to the 2nd
grill, and so on as suitable.
5. Position the grills in a straight line, keeping a minimum distance of
30 cm between each grill.
6. Plug the power cord of the 1st grill (leader) into the wall socket to
and put the switches to on position to turn all the interconnected
grills on.
USE
This appliance allows you to grill your favorite meats and vegetables on
the top level, and melt cheese or cook appetizers on the lower level with
the raclette pans.
• Lightly brush the top of the grill plate and raclette pans with cooking oil
before grilling.
• Attach the grill plate to the top of the appliance, and place the raclette
pans on the keep warm trays.
• Allow the appliance and accessories to preheat for 5 to 8 minutes.
• To grill, place your food directly on the grill plate and cook until done.
Use the grill plate to grill foods that take longer to cook (e.g. beef (thin),
chicken (thin), bacon, vegetables and seafood).
• Carefully wipe off excess grease from the grill plate when required.
CAUTION! Wear oven gloves for this task to avoid burns.
• Use wooden, bamboo or silicone tongs or spatulas to handle food.
• Remove the raclette pans and fill them with easy-to-cook food (e.g.
cheese, egg). Avoid overfilling the raclette pans.
• Place the filled raclette pans on the grilling trays to start cooking.
• Remove the raclette pans once they are ready, and transfer the food to
your plate.
• You can place the raclette pans on the keep warm trays for a few
minutes to keep the food warm (40 - 60 °C).
• Once you have finished using the appliance, unplug the power cord of
the grill or 1st grill (leader) from the wall socket to turn the appliance(s)
off. Remove the interconnection cord from each grill if used.
• Allow the appliance(s) and accessories to cool down completely before
cleaning.
DANGER OF BURNS! During cooking, never insert your hands under
the grill plate to avoid touching the heating element and prevent serious
burns. Do not touch hot metal surfaces. Always use the plastic handles or
buttons. Use oven gloves or pot holders if necessary.
WARNING! Never leave the appliance(s) plugged into the wall socket
when it is not in use.
Grilling tips
• Avoid leaving cooked foods on the grill for too long to prevent
overcooking or drying out the food.
• Do not use metal or sharp utensils on the grill plate or raclette pans to
avoid damaging the non-stick coating. Never cut foods on the grill plate.
• Use wooden, bamboo or silicone utensils. Do not rest the utensils on the
appliance.
RISK OF THERMAL SHOCK! Never place frozen foods on the grill plate
or raclette pans.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
DANGER OF ELECTROCUTION! Always unplug the appliance from the
wall socket and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning.
WARNING! To protect against fire, electric shock or injury, do not
immerse the power cord, plug or appliance in water or other liquids, as
they contain electrical components. Never rinse them under the tap or
expose them to dripping or splashing water. Keep all electrical parts dry.
NOTE: Never use solvents, chemical or abrasive cleaning agents, wire
brushes, sharp objects or scouring pads to clean the appliance. Use mild
liquid dish detergent.
• Always turn the on/off switch on the device to off position and remove the
power cord from the appliance.
• Remove the grill plate and raclette pans from the appliance and wash
them in warm soapy water with a soft sponge or cloth. To remove
stubborn food residue, soak the grill plate/raclette pans for a few minutes
before cleaning. Rinse well and allow to dry.
• Wipe the surfaces of the appliance with a soft cloth lightly moistened with
water. To remove stubborn stains, wipe the appliance with a soft cloth
lightly moistened with warm soapy water. Dry the appliance thoroughly
with a soft, dry cloth after cleaning.
• Allow all parts to dry completely.
• Store the appliance in a cool, dry place out of the reach of children.
Replacing the internal fuse
The appliance is fitted with an internal fuse (10 A) that is replaceable.
• If the internal fuse blows, unplug the appliance from the wall socket.
Diagnose the cause and rectify it (e.g. more than 5 grills interconnected,
circuit overload), or consult a qualified electrician.
• Remove the blown fuse fitted under the appliance and replace it with a
certified BS 1362 fuse of the same rating. Alternatively, take your
appliance to an authorized service center to have the fuse replaced by a
qualified technician.
ENVIRONMENT
This appliance should not be put into the domestic garbage at the end of
its durability, but must be offered at a central point for the recycling of
electric and electronic domestic appliances. This symbol on the appliance,
instruction manual and packaging puts your attention to this important
issue. The materials used in this appliance can be recycled. By recycling
of used domestic appliances you contribute an important push to the

VOOR HET EERSTE GEBRUIK
• Haal het apparaat en de accessoires uit de doos.Verwijder de stickers,
de beschermfolie of het plastic van het apparaat.
• Plaats het apparaat op een vlakke, stabiele ondergrond. Zorg voor
minimaal 10 cm vrije ruimte rondom het apparaat. Dit apparaat is niet
geschikt voor inbouw of gebruik buitenshuis.
• Sluit de voedingskabel aan op het stopcontact.(Opmerking: controleer of
het voltage op het apparaat overeenkomt met de plaatselijke
netspanning voordat u het apparaat
aansluit.Voltage220V-240V50/60Hz)
• Voor het eerste gebruik van het apparaat moet u het ten minste
10minuten inschakelen zonder ingrediënten erop, tot er geen geur of
rook meer vanaf komt. Zorg ervoor dat de ruimte goed geventileerd is.
• Wanneer het apparaat voor de eerste keer wordt ingeschakeld, zal het
een lichte geur afgeven. Dit is normaal. Zorg voor voldoende ventilatie.
Deze geur is slechts tijdelijk en zal spoedig verdwijnen.
De grill aansluiten
1. Sluit het netsnoer aan op de voedingsingang van de grill.
2. Sluit het netsnoer aan op een stopcontact om de grill in te schakelen.
De grill wordt automatisch ingeschakeld.
3. Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact om de grill uit te schakelen.
Meerdere grills op elkaar aansluiten
U kunt tot 5grills (van hetzelfde merk en model) op elkaar aansluiten om
meer gasten te kunnen ontvangen (bijvoorbeeld bij familiebijeenkomsten
of partijen).
Gebruik het meegeleverde aansluitsnoer om 2grills op elkaar aan te
sluiten.
Waarschuwing:
• Sluit niet meer dan 5grills op elkaar aan. Als u er meer aansluit, kan de
interne zekering van het apparaat springen.
• Om overbelasting te voorkomen, moet u ervoor zorgen dat de elektrische
groep van het stopcontact het totale vermogen (in watt) ondersteunt voor
het aantal grills dat op elkaar is aangesloten voor gelijktijdig gebruik.
• Sluit geen andere apparaten aan op hetzelfde stopcontact met behulp
van een adapter, en gebruik geen andere apparaten met een hoog
wattage op dezelfde groep.
1. Sluit eerst het netsnoer aan op de voedingsingang van de eerste grill
(hoofdapparaat).
2. Sluit vervolgens het aansluitsnoer aan op de voedingsuitgang van de
eerste grill (hoofdapparaat).
3. Sluit het andere uiteinde van het aansluitsnoer aan op de
voedingsingang van de tweede grill (volgapparaat) om de apparaten
op elkaar aan te sluiten.
4. Herhaal stap2 en 3 om de derde grill (volgapparaat) aan te sluiten op
de tweede grill, enzovoort.
5. Plaats de grills in een rechte lijn en houd een minimale afstand van
30cm aan tussen de grills.
6. Sluit het netsnoer van de eerste grill (hoofdapparaat) aan op het
stopcontact om alle aangesloten grills in te schakelen. De grills
worden automatisch ingeschakeld.
GEBRUIK
Met dit apparaat kunt u uw favoriete vlees en groenten op het bovenste
niveau grillen. Op het onderste niveau kunt u kaas smelten en hapjes
bereiden met de raclettepannen.
• Vet de bovenkant van de grill en de raclettepannen licht in met bakolie
voordat u gaat grillen.
• Bevestig de grillplaat op de bovenzijde van het apparaat en plaats de
raclettepannen op de warmhoudplaten.
• Laat het apparaat en de accessoires 5 tot 8minuten voorverwarmen.
• Als u wilt grillen, plaatst u de ingrediënten rechtstreeks op de grillplaat en
bakt u ze tot ze gaar zijn. Gebruik de grillplaat om ingrediënten met een
langere bereidingstijd te grillen (zoals biefstuk (dun), kip (dun), spek,
groenten en zeevruchten).
• Veeg overtollig vet voorzichtig van de grillplaat als dit nodig is.
LET OP: Draag hierbij ovenwanten om brandwonden te voorkomen.
• Gebruik een tang of spatel van hout, bamboe of siliconen om de
ingrediënten te draaien en verplaatsen.
• Verwijder de raclettepannen en vul ze met eenvoudig te bereiden
ingrediënten (zoals kaas of ei). Plaats niet te veel ingrediënten in de
raclettepannen.
• Plaats de volle raclettepannen op de grillplaten om de bereiding te
starten.
• Verwijder de raclettepannen als de ingrediënten gaar zijn. Plaats de
ingrediënten vervolgens op uw bord.
• U kunt de raclettepannen een paar minuten op de warmhoudplaten
plaatsen om de ingrediënten warm te houden (40-60°C).
• Als u klaar bent met het gebruik van het apparaat, haalt u de stekker van
de grill of eerste grill (hoofdapparaat) uit het stopcontact om het
apparaat/de apparaten uit te schakelen. Verwijder het aansluitsnoer uit
elke grill, indien gebruikt.
• Laat het apparaat/de apparaten volledig afkoelen voordat u ze reinigt.
RISICO OP BRANDWONDEN: Doe uw handen tijdens de bereiding
nooit onder de grillplaat om te voorkomen dat u het verwarmingselement
aanraakt en ernstige brandwonden oploopt. Raak geen hete metalen
oppervlakken aan. Gebruik altijd de plastic handgrepen of knoppen.
Gebruik eventueel ovenwanten of pannenlappen.
WAARSCHUWING: Laat apparaten nooit aangesloten op het
stopcontact als ze niet in gebruik zijn.
Grilltips
• Laat bereide ingrediënten nooit te lang op de grill liggen om te
voorkomen dat ze te gaar worden of uitdrogen.
• Gebruik geen metalen of scherp bestek op de grillplaat of de
raclettepannen, om beschadiging van de antiaanbaklaag te voorkomen.
Snijd de ingrediënten nooit op de grillplaat.
• Gebruik bestek van hout, bamboe of siliconen. Laat het bestek niet op
het apparaat liggen.
RISICO OP THERMISCHE SCHOK: Plaats nooit bevroren ingrediënten
op de grillplaat of in de raclettepannen.
REINIGING EN ONDERHOUD
RISICO OP ELEKTRISCHE SCHOK: Haal de stekker van het apparaat
altijd uit het stopcontact en laat het apparaat volledig afkoelen voordat u
het reinigt.
WAARSCHUWING: Het apparaat bevat elektrische onderdelen. Dompel
het netsnoer, de stekker of het apparaat niet onder in water of andere
vloeistoffen om gevaar op brand, elektrische schokken of letsel te
voorkomen. Spoel het apparaat nooit af onder de kraan en stel het
apparaat niet bloot aan druppelend of spetterend water. Houd alle
elektrische onderdelen droog.
OPMERKING: Gebruik nooit oplosmiddelen, chemische of schurende
schoonmaakmiddelen, staalborstels, scherpe objecten of schuursponsjes
om het apparaat te reinigen. Gebruik een mild vaatwasmiddel.
• Haal de stekker van het apparaat uit het stopcontact.
• Verwijder de grillplaat en raclettepannen van het apparaat en was deze
in warm zeepsop met een zachte spons of doek. Om hardnekkige
voedselresten te verwijderen, laat u de grillplaat/raclettepannen enkele
minuten weken voordat u ze reinigt. Spoel grondig af en laat goed
drogen.
• Veeg het oppervlak van het apparaat af met een zachte doek die licht is
bevochtigd met water. Om hardnekkige vlekken te verwijderen, veegt u
het apparaat af met een zachte doek die licht is bevochtigd met warm
zeepsop. Maak het apparaat na het reinigen grondig droog met een
zachte, droge doek.
• Laat alle onderdelen volledig drogen.
• Bewaar het apparaat op een koele, droge locatie buiten het bereik van
kinderen.
De interne zekering vervangen
Het apparaat is uitgerust met een interne zekering (10A) die kan worden
vervangen.
• Als de interne zekering springt, haalt u de stekker van het apparaat uit
het stopcontact. Stel vast wat de oorzaak is en verhelp het probleem
(bijvoorbeeld meer dan 5grills die op elkaar zijn aangesloten of
overbelasting van de groep) of neem contact op met een gekwalificeerde
elektricien.
• Verwijder de gesprongen zekering die aan de onderkant van het
apparaat zit en vervang deze door een gecertificeerde BS1362-zekering
met dezelfde classificatie. U kunt het apparaat ook naar een erkend
servicecentrum brengen om de zekering te laten vervangen door een
gekwalificeerde technicus.
MILIEU
Dit apparaat mag aan het einde van de levensduur niet bij het normale
huisafval worden gedeponeerd, maar moet bij een speciaal inzamelpunt
voor hergebruik van elektrische en elektronische apparaten worden
aangeboden. Het symbool op het apparaat, in de gebruiksaanwijzing en
op de verpakking attendeert u hierop. De in het apparaat gebruikte
materialen kunnen worden gerecycled. Met het recyclen van gebruikte
huishoudelijke apparaten levert u een belangrijke bijdrage aan de

AVANT LA PREMIÈRE UTILISATION
• Sortez l'appareil et les accessoires hors de la boîte.Retirez les
autocollants, le film protecteur ou le plastique de l'appareil.
• Mettez l'appareil sur une surface stable plate et assurez un dégagement
tout autour de l'appareil d'au moins 10 cm. Cet appareil ne convient pas
à une installation dans une armoire ou à un usage à l'extérieur.
• Mettez le câble d'alimentation dans la prise.(Remarque : Assurez-vous
que la tension indiquée sur l'appareil correspond à la tension locale
avant de brancher l'appareil.Voltage : 220 V-240 V 50-60 Hz)
• Avant d'utiliser pour la première fois l'appareil, allumez-le sans nourriture
pendant au moins 10minutes jusqu'à ce qu'il n'y ait plus ni odeur ni
fumée. Assurez-vous que la pièce est bien ventilée.
• À la première mise en marche de l'appareil, une légère odeur est
perceptible. C'est normal : assurez une ventilation adéquate. Cette odeur
est seulement temporaire et disparaît rapidement.
Branchement du grill
1. Branchez le cordon d'alimentation sur l'entrée d'alimentation du grill.
2. Branchez l'autre extrémité du cordon d'alimentation sur une prise
secteur pour allumer le grill. Le grill s'allume automatiquement.
3. Débranchez le cordon d'alimentation de la prise secteur pour éteindre
le grill.
Interconnexion de plusieurs grills
Vous pouvez connecter jusqu'à 5grills ensemble (de la même marque et
du même modèle) pour accueillir plus d'invités (p.ex., pour des réunions
de famille ou des réceptions).
Utilisez le cordon d'interconnexion fourni pour connecter 2grills entre eux.
Attention!
• Ne connectez pas plus de 5grills ensemble, car cela fera sauter le
fusible interne de l'appareil.
• Pour éviter toute surcharge électrique, assurez-vous que le circuit
électrique de la prise secteur peut supporter la puissance nominale
totale (en watts) du nombre de grills connectés pour une utilisation
simultanée.
• Ne branchez pas d'autres appareils dans la même prise à l'aide d'une
multiprise et ne faites pas fonctionner un autre appareil à haute
puissance sur le même circuit.

UTILISATION

• Badigeonnez légèrement le dessus de la plaque de grill et des coupelles
à raclette avec de l'huile de cuisson avant de commencer.
• Fixez la plaque de grill sur le dessus de l'appareil et placez les coupelles
à raclette sur les chauffe-plats.
• Laissez préchauffer l'appareil et les accessoires pendant5 à 8minutes.
• Pour des grillades, placez vos aliments directement sur la plaque de grill
et faites cuire jusqu'à cuisson complète. Utilisez la plaque de grill pour
griller les aliments qui mettent plus de temps à cuire (p.ex., la viande de
bœuf (tranche fine), le poulet (escalope), le bacon, les légumes et les
poissons/fruits de mer).
• Essuyez soigneusement l'excès de graisse de la plaque de grill si
nécessaire.
ATTENTION! Portez des gants de cuisine pour cette tâche afin d'éviter
les brûlures.
• Utilisez des pinces ou des spatules en bois, en bambou ou en silicone
pour manipuler les aliments.
• Retirez les coupelles à raclette et mettez-y des aliments faciles à cuire
(p.ex., du fromage, des œufs, etc.). Évitez de trop les remplir.
• Placez les coupelles à raclette remplies sur les plateaux de grill pour
commencer la cuisson.
• Une fois les aliments cuits, retirez les coupelles à raclette et transférez
les aliments dans votre assiette.
• Vous pouvez placer les coupelles à raclette sur les chauffe-plats pendant
quelques minutes pour garder les aliments au chaud (40à 60°C).
• Lorsque vous avez terminé de manger, débranchez le cordon
d'alimentation du grill ou du 1ergrill (leader) de la prise secteur pour
éteindre l'appareil ou les appareils. Retirez le cordon d'interconnexion de
chaque grill, le cas échéant.
• Laissez le ou les grills ainsi que les accessoires refroidir complètement
avant de les laver.
RISQUE DE BRÛLURE! Pendant la cuisson, n'insérez jamais vos
mains sous la plaque de grill pour ne pas toucher l'élément chauffant et
éviter de graves brûlures. Ne touchez pas les surfaces chaudes en métal.
Utilisez toujours les poignées ou les boutons en plastique. Utilisez des
gants de cuisine ou des maniques si nécessaire.
ATTENTION! Ne laissez jamais l'appareil branché sur une prise
secteur lorsqu'il n'est pas utilisé.
Conseils d'utilisation
• Ne laissez pas les aliments trop longtemps sur le grill pour éviter de trop
les cuire ou de les dessécher.
• N'utilisez pas d'ustensiles en métal ou pointus sur la plaque de grill ou
les coupelles à raclette pour éviter d'endommager le revêtement
antiadhésif. Ne coupez jamais les aliments sur la plaque de grill.
• Utilisez des ustensiles en bois, en bambou ou en silicone. Ne laissez pas
les ustensiles posés ou appuyés sur l'appareil.
RISQUE DE CHOC THERMIQUE! Ne placez jamais d'aliments
surgelés sur la plaque de grill ou dans les coupelles à raclette.
NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
RISQUE D'ÉLECTROCUTION! Débranchez toujours l'appareil de la
prise secteur et laissez-le refroidir complètement avant de le nettoyer.
ATTENTION! Pour éviter tout risque d'incendie, d'électrocution ou de
blessure, ne plongez jamais le cordon d'alimentation ou l'appareil dans
l'eau ou dans tout autre liquide, car il contient des composants électriques.
Ne le rincez jamais sous le robinet et ne l'exposez jamais à des gouttes
d'eau ou des éclaboussures. Maintenez tous les composants électriques
au sec.
REMARQUE: N'utilisez jamais de solvants, de produits de nettoyage
chimiques ou abrasifs, de brosses métalliques, d'objets tranchants ou de
tampons à récurer pour nettoyer l'appareil. Utilisez un liquide vaisselle
doux.
• Débranchez le cordon d'alimentation de l'appareil.
• Retirez la plaque de grill et les coupelles à raclette de l'appareil et lavez-
les à l'eau tiède savonneuse avec une éponge ou un chiffon doux. Pour
éliminer les résidus tenaces, faites tremper la plaque de grill/les
coupelles à raclette pendant quelques minutes avant de les nettoyer.
Rincez-les abondamment et laissez-les sécher.
• Essuyez les surfaces de l'appareil avec un chiffon doux légèrement
imbibé d'eau. Pour éliminer les taches tenaces, essuyez l'appareil avec
un chiffon doux légèrement imbibé d'eau chaude savonneuse. Séchez
soigneusement l'appareil avec un chiffon doux et sec après le nettoyage.
• Laissez toutes les pièces sécher complètement.
• Rangez l'appareil dans un endroit frais et sec, hors de portée des
enfants.
Remplacement du fusible interne
L'appareil est équipé d'un fusible interne (10A) remplaçable.
• Si le fusible interne saute, débranchez l'appareil de la prise secteur.
Identifiez la cause du problème (p.ex., plus de 5grills interconnectés,
surcharge du circuit), résolvez le problème ou consultez un électricien
qualifié.
• Retirez le fusible grillé situé sous l'appareil et remplacez-le par un fusible
certifié BS1362 de même tension. Vous pouvez également apporter
votre appareil dans un centre de service autorisé pour faire remplacer le
fusible par un technicien qualifié.
ENVIRONNEMENT
Cet appareil ne doit pas être jeté avec les déchets ménagers à la fin de
